Orange Trees
A very friendly local guy with a massive leaf as an umbrella and a Dunlop shirt
Luckily the dogs here were friendly
It was WET
After being soaked from our hike, it was nice to find shelter and have a hot meal
I don't think this place was actually open to the public, despite being in the middle of the day, but the family who runs it were all crowded around a hot pot and asked us what we wanted and we just said 2 of whatever you have and with more talkin git came out as seafood noodles and orange juices .
I thoroughly enjoyed renting this bad boy for a couple hours
Soccer field
Our hike followed a small water pipe and around the backside some houses on either side of 2 different villages.
Nature Reserve
Sketchy bridge
This was supposed to be our crossing
Bamboo shovel
Thai ethnic villages
Communism
The English spelling was always funny
Road washout
Our taxi from Mai Chau to Pu Luong was rough in the dark and fog and massive rain. This area has got to be prone to landslides. The driver was good and we booked the trip through 12GO Asia which connects you with various cities around Vietnam. In reality, they become a combination of shuttle buses then a switch to a smaller vehicle
