Coquitlam Mountain Biking

 

This page is going to have the places I have been on a mountain bike around Coquitlam. So far I have just made it to Burke. I was impressed with the quality and ease of difficulty compared to Fromme and Seymour. It is a far superior place to start if you are a beginner or just wanting a chill ride. The mid mountain zone seems to be the best with a short ride up in about 15 minutes and you can easily lap it. I have been doing this before work so I can easily get across the bridge before traffic and have to time to chill before the night shifts.
