Skiing the Coleman Glacier on Mount Baker in June

 

We took the Coleman Glacier route and was able to drive to the trailhead in mid June 2025 then hike with skis for a few kilometres before skinning off the summer trail that extends to the viewpoint.

Harrison Camp

Tent city on this Saturday morning. There were several guided groups out here also. 

Not much visibility for most of the day.

Taking a GPS coordinates of a massive crevasse . Apparently 1 person in the group before us had descended down towards it and 1 person fell inside and got lucky they were able to get out uninjured.
